1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NexusVex's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NexusVex provides lead generation services, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered prospect identification and targeting
• Multi-channel campaign automation and management
• Lead qualification and scoring services
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Social network integration and advertising automation

3. User Obligations

As a user of NexusVex services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Respect the privacy and rights of prospects and third parties

4. Payment Terms

NexusVex operates on a performance-based pricing model:

• Charges apply only for qualified leads that respond to your campaigns
• Pricing ranges from $30-$100 per replied lead based on your selected plan
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or billing errors

5. Data Protection and Privacy

NexusVex is committed to protecting your data and privacy:

• We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Customer data is encrypted and stored securely
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations
• Data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent
• You retain ownership of your customer data and campaign content

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the NexusVex platform remain with NexusVex:

• The platform, software, and algorithms are proprietary to NexusVex
• Users are granted a limited license to use the service
• Users retain rights to their own content and data
• Reverse engineering or copying of the platform is prohibited

7. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, NexusVex cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• Service credits may be provided for extended outages
• Force majeure events may affect service availability

8. Limitation of Liability

NexusVex's liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Customers are responsible for their own campaign content and compliance
• We do not guarantee specific results or lead conversion rates

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Customers may cancel their account at any time with 30 days notice
• NexusVex may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked
• Customer data will be retained for 90 days after termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

11. Changes to Terms

NexusVex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
